Hoffman's Garden Center supplies only the finest quality, hardy nursery stock raised for
our own growing zone (5). Our stock is state inspected, to assure you of the healthy
plant materials that are free of pest and disease problems. However, due to digging,
shipping, handling, etc., some plants, no matter how carefull all of us are, may not survive.
Because of this, we guarantee retail sales of our evergreens, shrubs, trees, perennials, and
hardy non-tropical & submerged aquatic plants (for zone 5) for one full year from date of
purchase, at 100% of the purchase price with a one time replacement, if planted and cared
for according to Hoffman’s recommendations. Hoffman’s does not guarantee plants against
extreme weather conditions or mechanical injury resulting from lawn mowers, weed
eaters, animals, etc. Free guides and planting instructions are available at our information
center for your convenience. Be sure and ask our trained horticulturist for any additional
information you may need to make your landscape and/or gardening experience a pleasant
one. Please feel free to ask for assistance.
For credit on nursery stock items, THE PLANT MUST BE RETURNED WITH YOUR CASH
REGISTER SALES RECEIPT FOR CREDIT REDEMPTION.
Hoffman’s does not guarantee roses, house plants, annuals, vegetables, bulbs, grass seed,
or hardy mums.
We do however, want to make your growing experience a successful and enjoyable one,
